All Signals Way residential plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of activation, contact us for a full refund of your first month's service charges.
Signals Way Communications, LLC ("Signals Way") is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy applies to residential and small business customers and describes conditions under which refunds are available.
New residential customers are eligible for a full refund of the first month's service fee within 30 days of activation, subject to:
Professional installation fees are non-refundable once installation is completed. Cancellations at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Equipment must be returned within 14 days of service cancellation. Failure to return may result in a charge for full replacement value. Damaged equipment may incur additional fees.
For documented service outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours due to network issues within Signals Way's control, customers may request a pro-rated billing credit within 30 days of the outage.
Customers on promotional pricing with a minimum service commitment may be subject to an Early Termination Fee (ETF), typically $15–$25 per remaining month, not to exceed $150. The 30-day guarantee waives any ETF during the guarantee period.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available for premium channel subscriptions cancelled mid-month, pay-per-view purchases already accessed, interruptions caused by customer equipment or natural disasters, or account downgrades.
